Health and wellness has become a focus for most of us and many are now interested in the impacts of Meditation and Mindfulness.

Meditation is many things, from simple as breath work, known as Pranayama, to guided meditations to lead you through an inner journey to peace, illumination and a better awareness of your sense of self.

There is a misconception that Meditation is ‘doing nothing’, ‘stopping your thoughts’ and is reserved for indivduals that have trained by yogis and gurus to internally reflect.

At Twin Vibes we aim to introduce you to different modalities of mediation for beginners who have never tried to meditate before to more experienced meditators who are looking for simple everyday techniques that can be practiced to build your mind and spiritual muscles in preparation for deep self-healing. We focus on sharing techniques that will alleviate physical, emotional and psychological pain.
