About Us

Twin Vibes

De-stress and take the "busy" from your mind.

Dive deeper into the worlds of spirituality and creativity. Where we combine two wonderful modalities of sound healing/meditation by Twin Vibes with a guided painting session with Artivity with Ash.

We will start with a deeply relaxing sound healing session. Where the sound vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls wash over your body and mind to help you ‘let go’, engage your senses and restore balance. The session will thoroughly cleanse your chakras and promote emotional and physical healing. Then we will move to create a canvas painting while you continue to ground yourself focusing on the process and enjoyment of "letting go”

SH and Buddha painting

Art is an expression that allows us to focus our creative energies and paint the ideas and painting is nothing less than meditation, and a Buddha painting makes it even more rewarding. A Buddha painting offers you a sense of wisdom as you explore your creativity by diving further into your spirituality.

Learning how to draw a buddha face helps you feel an inner calmness and receive beautiful blessings while you create. One of the best methods to increase our faith in the Buddhas and to receive their blessings is to gaze at an image of Buddha again and again. This naturally takes place as we learn to draw Buddha, and we create karmic links to increase our ability to visualize Buddha during meditation.

This workshop will be a step by process as the gorgeous Ash guides you to create your take home master piece.

No drawing or painting experience is required to have a meaningful experience at this workshop. Everyone is welcome.

Creativity is healing, energizing, and rejuvenating, and it’s also a fun, easy way to be mindful—to be fully immersed in the present moment and led by your intuition.

So take some time out for yourself and join us for this 3-3.5 hour workshop.

Sound Meditation

Sound meditation uses a technology more than 4000 years old, originating in the Himalayas and only just being shared with the western world. Himalayan singing/healing bowls are handcrafted using ancient methodology handed down through generations of family groups. The technology was first introduced to the world through the work of Tibetan Monks in India. Their healing qualities a closely guarded secret.

The bowls are played intuitively to promote health and relaxation. The vibrations produced by the bowls have a healing effect on participants and are known to reduce stress and anxiety, reduce fatigue, prevent burnout and improve overall wellness.

A group meditation session with Himalayan Singing Bowl reduces stress, heightens awareness, improves relationships and increases emotional intelligence, making it a terrific morale and productivity booster.

Twin Vibes offers 1 and 2 hour sessions of Singing Bowl Sound Meditation to improve resilience and build a happier and healthier workforce.

Participants report feeling relaxed and rested, most not believing that an hour or two has passed. This is due to the vibrations of the bowls helping participants to lower their vibrations to a deeper restful state than what a guided meditation session will allow. The impact of the bowls really has to be experienced as it is very difficult to put words to the sensations. Most participants want another session to experience it again.

Twin Vibes founder Roshika Akhil first happened across the Himalayan practice when she met a Tibetan Monk running mediation groups. At the very first strike of a bowl, something resonated deep inside and thus begun her journey. Her own heritage, unknown to her at the time, included an ancestry from Nepal in the Himalayas. Over the next 10 years Roshika journeyed with at least one Healing bowl wherever she went. Holding informal sessions with interested family and friends, offering individual healing sessions where needed.

Ancient Himalayan Healing Bowls are used to create a deeply entrancing meditation and intense healing experience.
